When I was a columnist for the hip-hop website Rapzilla (though I wasn't for too long) I had the chance to practice and re-learn important skills like interviewing people, using Wordpress (SEO exp.), and more. Check out my articles here (I recommend the article Gospel Rap vs Christian Rap).
For about a year I had the wonderful opportunity to serve an ecclesiastical mission in Uruguay, South America. It gave me a number of fantastic experiences and especially helped me improve my fluency in Spanish.
Like in my previous jobs, I was in a work environment where I learned to work and communicate effectively with different people, problem solve, manage equipment and resources, and create an environment where other people could have a good experience.
This list is not comprehensive of my work experience as I've had other jobs along with a great deal of participation in extracurricular activities (ex: Boy Scouts, Journalism Club/Class, etc.)
Note: My level in many of the above mentioned skills are classified as lower simply because of lack of time using the skill rather than ability or understanding. Little training (primarily just more experience) would be required before I could use many of these skills as necessary in a work setting. Please ask specific questions if you're curious as to what limitations I may have with ANY of my skills.
